Picture Gallery: the 2005 harvest

The 2005 harvest took place in perfect weather conditions: after a hot and dry summer, mild weather prevailed until the end of the harvest, allowing the grapes to be picked in perfect condition.

The grapes were hand sorted on a sorting table (after destemming), so we could remove the damaged berries in order to keep only the perfect ones at optimal ripeness. The 2005 vintage promises to be exceptional in all respects!
